At the beginning of your session, you will proceed to the Kotla Mubarakpur vegetable and spice market, which is filled with stalls selling spices, fruits, vegetables and other essentials. You will be accompanied by a knowledgeable food enthusiast, who will provide you an introduction to the rich and diverse cuisine legacy of India. Later, your host will bring you to his home for an interactive cooking session, vegetarian and non-vegetarian. There is no set menu; it is a creative, fun process based on the season and what’s available in the market. Feel free to pick your favourite veggies and spices from the market and learn how to get creative with them !!
