Ever visited a Monsoon Palace? This is your chance to make a trip to Sajjan Garh and explore the magical fairytale castle, perched atop a mountain. The turreted white marble palace was built in the 19th century by Maharaja Sajjan Singh. He actually commissioned it to watch the monsoon clouds! However, the Maharaja’s plan to make it an astronomical centre didn’t materialize, as he had an untimely death. Instead, it became a monsoon palace and hunting lodge.
